This cake uses ingredients that has lower glycemic index. It is a healthier alternative to to our regular cakes. No white flour is used: We used a mix of brown rice flour and wholemeal flour in the process, to substitute white flour. Brown rice contains high in fiber, vitamin B and is an excellent source of selenium which helps to improve immune system. Wholemeal flour contains more nutrients than white flour and helps in digestion. No white/cane sugar: Only agave nectar and organic coconut sugar are used which contains more nutrients and vital amino acids.
