Our snowskin mooncakes comes in a set of 9 in one box (max. 3 flavour choice). Recipe contains no eggs.
Flavours:
1. Durian Praline (with yellow honey snowskin): Made from fresh durian flesh, and folded with toasted almond praline
2. Earl Grey Royal Milk Tea (with purple earl grey snowskin): Royal milk tea mixed with granola, cranberry and toasted almond slice
3. Chocolate Salted Caramel (with purple elderflower snowskin): Chocolate truffle blended with pistachio rose brittle and centered with salted caramel.
4. Avocado Gula Melaka (with green honey snowskin): Fresh avocado paste mixed with toasted coconut and grated gula melaka
Packaging Dimension:
16.5 by 16.5cm square and 5 cm height.
