Do you provide International delivery?
At the moment, we do not deliver our bakes internationally.
Do you provide local delivery?
Yes we do. A flat rate of $15 is charged excluding Sentosa, Tuas & Changi.
How do I placed a customized cake order?
You can email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org the following information:
1. Name & Contact
2. How many tiers
3. How many pax are you intending to feed
4. Date of event and time
5. Attaching some references will be useful too!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once all the details are confirmed, we will send you a note to proceed with payment. An attachment of the payment receipt will be required for our acknowledgement.
Do you accept credit card payment?
Yes, for credit card payment, it will be done via PAYPAL. There will be an additional 5% service charge. Alternatively, we also accept the following payment mode: cash, bank transfer, PAYLAH/PAYNOW or cheque .
How long do I need to place a customized cake order?
For a single tier custom cake, at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For 2-tier or more, 1-2 months beforehand is good to avoid dissapoinment.
