Introducing our heavenly Strawberry Lemon-Lime Tart! With a delicate elderflower crust as its base, this tart is filled with a freshly made, tangy lemon-lime curd that will tantalize your taste buds. The perfect harmony of tart lemons and bright limes creates a burst of citrusy delight in every bite. To enhance the experience, we generously cover the tart with luscious Finnish strawberries, adding a touch of natural sweetness. We used almost a punnet of strawberries for each tart, so you can enjoy the sweetness of these beauties! WHAT ARE SANTA BERRIES?
 
Grown under the Midnight Sun, Finnish strawberries are seasonal and available only once a year for 8 weeks from July to August. These berries bask in more than 20 hours of sunshine daily and are nourished with the world's cleanest water and air.
 
'SANTA' BERRIES TASTE PROFILE:
Deliciously sweet with a distinctive aromatic fragrance, our chosen strawberry varieties - Malling Centenary and Magnum - were carefully selected after tasting different varieties in Finland. Our Mallings and Magnums are bright red, good size berries that are juicy and robust. We always pick them at full ripeness - with little to no "white cap" - which ensures a consistently rich and intense flavour.
 
NOTE:
Our exquisite 'Santa' berries are meticulously handpicked from the bountiful fields of Finland and swiftly air flown to ensure their utmost freshness. We are thrilled to announce that these delectable berries will be arriving on the 29th of July (Saturday). To maintain their exceptional quality, we kindly request delivery or self pick-up on the 30th July (Sunday).
 
We take pride in the quality of our tarts, and we recommend consuming them on the same day of delivery to savor their unparalleled freshness and flavors. However, if refrigerated, the tarts can be enjoyed for a maximum of 2 days.
