• We recommend placing your order at least 2 months in advance before you need them in hand.
• After placing your order, we will send you a form to fill up via email. Followed by a digital proof within 5-7 business days for approval.
• 2 complimentary rounds of minor text revisions are inclusive with your order. Any additional rounds of revisions will incur a fee of SGD$50 per round of change. We will invoice you separately and the amount is payable before your invitations are sent for production.
• Upon finalising the digital proofs, the invitations will be sent out for production. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the production.
• mylin design & co. will not be liable for any discrepancies once final artwork is approved by you.
• You can order each collection and any add-on services such as envelope addressing or other embellishments as ala-carte – Please contact us directly regarding these options.
• The overall design, colours, layout and format are fixed. Only the wordings can be tailored to your special day.
• Additional fees apply for chinese invitation content
• We cannot promise that all of the colours, papers, envelopes, and embellishments that we offer through our collection will be available. If your selections are unavailable, we will notify you and present you with other options of the similar quality, colour, and look.
• Colour and print disclaimer – Our stationeries hardcopy may vary from the pictures seen on the website and the colours of the items may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, variances in computer screen calibration or photo enhancement for marketing purposes. We do strive to ensure that the screen colours are true to life as much as possible. However, the images of the items seen on the website are for illustrative purposes only. 
• We do not provide working files for our collection.
• Softcopy JPEG files are included.
• Handcrafted products are 100% made by hand. Do take note that there may be variations between pieces and the products portray organic and raw treatment throughout. We celebrate the variations that are inherent to these handmade products.
• Kindly contact us for more printing options such as letterpress, hot stamping etc.

Acrylic Table Assemble inclusive of 2 x Acrylic Pedestal and 1 x Acrylic Table Top 

Estimate size of Acrylic Table Top: 100cm height x 40cm width x 135cm length

Total amount payable $450- $150 rental charge + $300 refundable deposit.

Rental Charges:$150 for 3 days rentals, inclusive of 2 ways delivery and pick-up.

Delivery will be done 1 day before Event Day, and pick-up will be done the day after Event Day. 

Refundable Deposit:$300, will be refunded in full or accordingly, within a week from pick-up.

All orders have to placed at least 2 months in advance. If event date falls less than 2 months duration, kindly email to cuppletsco@gmail.com to check on all vendors' availability. Once an order has been placed, payment advise will be sent to you, followed by another email where respective vendors will be liasing with you to prepare for your actual event date. 

CANCELLATION

For last minute cancellation of order(1 week before event date), payment of order is non-refundable. 

Cancellation done  at least 1 month prior to the event, a partial refund will be issued.
