This refreshing tart is layered with pistachio brittle, handmade peach & Jeju tangerine marmalade, Kyoho grapes, and covered in french rose cream. A layer of raspberry chocolate is glazed over to prepare a smooth bedding of violas and kyoho grape slices. We finished the top with red macarons, one of which is covered with one full leaf of 24K gold.
