All private workshops will be taught by our principal cake designer.
In this private course, we will be teaching the fundamentals knowledge on how to handle the delicate ingredient-wafer paper, and to create a variation of edible flowers for your cake decoration.
In this course, you will learn how to create the following flower types:
3. Magnolia (Close and Open)
4. Foliages and fillers
At the end of the course, you will be bringing back a floral wafer bouquet.

Duration: 5.5 to 6 including 1 meal
If you wish to learn how to create marble textured cake cover using buttercream to compliment your wafer bouquet, you can select the option - MARBLE TEXTURE CAKE. You will learn how to arrange your wafer bouquet to fit proportionately on your cake. Kindly select the cake flavour in the next option.
Buttercream recipe will be provided.
This session will run on the second day (3 hours- no meal provided).

Basic Level: Ability to crumb coat and cover cake rustically. Acquire simple decorating skills.
Intermediate Level: Ability to cover cake perfectly and acquire floral piping skills (e.g rose piping)
Advance Level: Ability to design and create cake without assistance.
* To ensure more time for learning of techniques, all cakes will be layered beforehand.
WAFER FLOWER BOUQUET (BASIC - INTERMEDIATE)
To book a slot, 50% down payment will be required for confirmation. The remainder 50% will have to be done 2 weeks before the workshop commence.
